Youth Services is a nonprofit organization which provides individualized, activities-based mental health care for children and adolescents in Chicago’s northern suburbs. With a focus on the social-emotional well-being of our community’s youth, we offer a variety of programs which address the individual needs of each child. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, crises intervention, socialization groups, after-school groups, pride, sexuality education, academic support, juvenile diversion, and referrals. While engaging in Youth Services programming or events, or using our space, we ask that everyone (clients, families, staff, volunteers, event attendees, and board members) adhere to our community guidelines, which are aligned with our values of trust, safety, connection, and compassion.
Youth Services has no geographic boundaries and all kids and their families are welcome. Most families live in Glenview, Northbrook, Northfield, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Chicago, Deerfield, Des Plaines, Evanston, Glencoe, Highland Park, Highwood, Kenilworth, Lincolnwood, Lincolnshire, Morton Grove, Mount Prospect, Niles, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Skokie, Waukegan, Wheeling, Wilmette, and Winnetka.
