The Pride Youth Program offers leadership opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth who want to develop their skills and be an advocate for LGBTQ+ youth.

High school LGBTQ+ youth interested in planning events, educating peers and adults in their community, and learning more about social justice can apply to be a Youth Leader with prideLEAD. Applications open every spring.

The Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook’s prideLEAD program is currently hosting a supplies drive for The Night Ministry, a Chicago-based service organization that works to provide housing, health care and human connection to members of the community struggling with poverty or homelessness. Both monetary and physical donations are accepted from October 20th – November 6th. Donations can be made here.

We are now recruiting LGBTQ+ youth entering grades 9-12 who are passionate and interested in working on projects that support, educate, and build community for LGBTQ+ people! Whether through planning events, creating digital resources, or strategizing actions for social justice, you can grow your leadership skills & experience in prideLEAD!

Next spring, Youth are also invited to apply for Action Camp, our five-day sleepaway leadership camp for rising 8th-12th graders!
